Find Your Balance
About this class
Class Description: We will be focussing on strength and flexibility to improve our balance. We will be either sitting in a chair or standing for our exercises. Even when you are standing, you will have a chair nearby to support you. You will not have to sit on the floor or go on hands and knees.
When: Weekly on Wednesdays 11:30am - 12:15pm
Where: Redwood City Woman’s Club at 149 Clinton Avenue in Redwood City.
What to wear: Comfy clothes. You can be barefoot or wear your shoes if that is what you normally do at home. Socks with a non-slip bottom are also fine, but regular socks are too slippery.
What to bring: A friend! You are welcome to bring a friend whether or not they are a Woman’s Club member. On the first Wednesday of the month, we usually bring our lunches and eat together. It is a nice tradition.

How do I donate? Donations of any amount are welcome and will benefit local community non-profits that support people in our community that need our help. Donations can be by cash or check in the Donation Jar, Venmo (@vicki-martell), Paypal (vicki.martell@gmail.com) or Zelle (vicki.martell@gmail.com!
How do I sign up? No need to sign up in advance. Just show up at the Redwood City Woman’s Club. If you would like to receive the weekly newsletter to make sure class has not been cancelled, email us and we will add you. You can unsubscribe at any time.
